What's Going on in Hunter's Chase? -Pool Season! While right now it seems like it will never arrive, summer is almost here! Our pool will open Friday May 17th. This year our newly re-created Social Committee is planning a great party to kick off the season. Stay tuned for more details. -Please check out the Pool Committee link on Community Committees tab for more pool related info. -Spring Clean Up! Yards are looking great! Thank you to all that go the extra mile to maintain those fabulous yards. Please take some time to check out your mailbox too. The rain and pollen is reeking havoc on some mailboxes and post causing lots of mildew. Take a few minutes to scrub 'em down. -The ACC will be doing their annual curb appeal checklist in the coming weeks. Maintaining great curb appeal is the best way to help maintain our property values. |
Safety FirstPlease remember the speed limit is 20 mph in the neighborhood. We have lots of kids and neighbors walking their dogs year round. Thank you for keeping everyone in Hunter's Chase safe.
